- os Lusitanos Oxford foram eliminados de forma inesperada por 3-2 depois de estararem em vantagem por 2 vezes no marcador. esta eliminacao resulta de erros proprios alguns deles infantis,erros defensivos e inumeras ocasioes desperdicadas.
convem tambem salientar que apesar de tudo os Lusitanos Oxford sao uma equipa onde o impera o fair play...nem todos podem dizer o mesmo.o 2 golo do Summertown(thanks for the fair play) nasce de um lancamento lateral, depois do Guardiao Lusitano ter jogado a bola para fora por uma pretensa lesao.os Lusitanos nunca marcaram golos em situacoes deste tipo especialmente quando faltavam 20minutos para o fim do jogo.
-No final do jogo lamentavel a atitude do Summertown AFC que se dirigiu ao treinador dos Lusitanos Oxford de forma pouca simpatica referindo-se ao site dos Lusitanos Oxford que escrevia em Portugues(por acaso tambem em ingles) ter falado da qualidade dos Campos..os Lusitanos Oxford nunca culparam as outras equipas pelos terrenos de jogo que dispoem!! ate porque ja ganhamos muitos jogos nos mesmos!!
-Os Lusitanos Oxford reafirmam pela voz de um dos Tecnicos(Nelson Da Silva)que afirmou e escreveu que o mau estado dos Terrenos no Inverno nao ajudam o futebol mais tecnico dos Lusitanos que jogam um futebol de bola no chao,de posse de bola etc mas nao afirmamos que perdemos 3 jogos(tanto o St Ebbes como o Union Street ganharam porque lutaram para isso) por isso. a pessoa que transmite estas informacoes para os diferentes tecnicos deveria ter um pouco de mais senso.mas enfim nos temos uma visao do futebol diferente pois jogamos em 2 paises e estilos de futebol diferente..deve ser complicado tambem para algumas pessoass entenderem o facto dos Lusitanos Oxford estarem quase sempre na lideranca no 1 ano que competem...ao contrario de outros que competem a anos...o facto de o treinador do Summertown ter falado desta questao apos o final o jogo e apos ter ganho diz muito sobre a sua personalidade contudo ainda ira disputar mais 2 jogos para o campeonato com os Lusitanos Oxford.

-The Lusitanos Oxford lost 3-2 for the Premier Challenge Cup against Summertown AFC 2-3 a game that Lusitanos Oxford can only blame themselves for the defensive mistakes and the numerous occasions they have to score but they fail so when you fail to Score you will suffer..but we need to mentioned something:never Lusitanos Oxford score a goal after a injury player from other team send the ball off to due to the injury.in a situation like that we always return the ball to the Opponents.there is a word for that:Fair Play!! thanks for the Fairy Play Summertown AFC..in the end of the match the Summertown AFC Manager come towards the Lusitanos Oxford in a way that i had never gone and i never will to claim about the Lusitanos Oxford website in Portuguese(match report in English)claims against Oxfordshire Pitches. the weather dont help a Football Team like Lusitanos Oxford who play a technical game and ball possession. the prove its that Lusitanos Oxford have more defeats in december/January the other months.off course dont help but thats is not the main reason!!Union street deserve to win.! they try hard and have a bigger will to win!St Ebbes they Deserve to!!Summertown is a good team who play a positive football no doubt about that. but in this game Lusitanos Oxford can only blame themselves for the defeat.they have too many defensive mistakes and fail to score when they have the occasions to do so. but even in defeats with injurys,personal problems etc the Lusitanos Oxford Team will back to the track.no doubt about that.we been in the top or near that in the most of the season what in my personal opinion in something very good for a team who are playing their first season and we want and to keep this level and we will!!
